RTStand LV124 / LV148 System Specifications

Every pin. Every channel.

Time-synchronised.

RTStand monitors all inputs and outputs at 100kHz per pin — voltage, current, and bus communication data — time-synchronised across all channels. This means you see exactly what the ECU was doing at any point during the test, on every connection simultaneously.

  • Voltage monitoring on all power pins — ±60V range per channel
  • Current monitoring — up to ±150A per channel, up to 12 additional current channels via add-on
  • Bus communication support — CAN, LIN, FlexRay
  • Automotive Ethernet support — 100base-T1 and 1000base-T1
  • GMSL support
  • All channels time-synchronised at 100kHz (10µs resolution)
  • Synchronized display of interruption and short-circuit profile specification alongside ECU response

Built on proven NI infrastructure.

RTStand is built on National Instruments products — the industry-standard platform for test automation. This gives RTStand the flexibility to integrate with virtually any external device and the reliability of a mature, widely-supported software stack.

  • NI TestStand for test sequencing and execution
  • NI LabVIEW for device control and data acquisition
  • NI Diadem for reporting
  • Integration via LabVIEW, .NET, DLL etc.
  • Automated CANoe / CANape control for bus simulation
  • Excel import / export for test profiles and results
  • ECU definition saved and reloadable — retesting in minutes
  • Windows 11

Expand as your needs grow.

Modular design means you invest in what you need now and add capabilities later — without replacing the core system.

Additional voltage channels
Extra measurement channels for external sensors and physical bus line measurements (e.g. CAN). Via additional Tube Analyzer units.
Additional current channels
Up to 12 extra current measurement channels for complex ECUs with multiple power outputs.
>2kW amplifier
Alternative amplifier for higher peak current support — essential for high-power ECUs and 48V systems in the 30–90A range.
Additional bus & Ethernet pins
Expand bus connectivity with additional CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet / GMSL pins via the Bus Box expansion.

Everything to get started and stay running.
